Nourishment Network is a personalized coaching experience empowering people to transform their lives through an intuitive eating process of support and accountability. My mission is to help people avoid chronic disease and challenge them to discover new habits that strengthen their pursuit of health and wellness through nutrition.

Nourish the Healthy You!
This 90-day program focuses on your goals and progress, successes and obstacles, assisting you with continued support and accountability. Together we use an “umbrella approach” in a transformative process that encompasses nutrition, movement, sleep hygiene, stress reduction, mindfulness and self-care practices.

What are the elements of the program?
- Initial (90-minute) complimentary “Nutritional Breakthrough Session” where we’ll set you up for sustainable success in the program by exploring your vision for a healthy you, where you are now and what’s been stopping you from succeeding.
- 12 Weekly, (50 minute) 1:1 Nourishment Sessions, via Zoom or phone (your preference). We’ll celebrate what’s going well, discuss your progress, and challenges, learn new tools and information and set action goals for each upcoming week.
- 3-15 minute “Help Me” sessions when you’re feeling “stuck.”
- Custom Lifestyle Plan: I’ll help you develop a plan for those lifestyle roadblocks: social gatherings, eating out and needing accountability or more guidance for work, home or events.
- Exercises, worksheets, logs and handouts to keep you nourished and on-track with your journey.
- Unlimited E-mail support between sessions for any quick questions or problems.
- A “Nourish Your Soul” journal to help you celebrate, and document your health journey. Journaling is a great tool for self-expression and self-reflection. If continued throughout life, it can establish a timeline for that journey and help you heal.

This program is a 6-month fulfillment package, designed for people who are REALLY READY for change and believes they CAN change their habits and reverse any symptoms they is experiencing. This can be someone who wants to leap into health “cold turkey” or wants to continue their journey with a deeper dive into healthy practices for sustainable success.

This also works nicely for interruption of scheduling related to vacations, events and illness.)*
- 6-15 minute “HELP ME” sessions when you’re feeling “stuck.”
- Custom Lifestyle Plan: I’ll help you develop a plan for those lifestyle roadblocks: social gatherings, eating out and needing accountability or more guidance for work, home or events.

- Optional 21-Day Cleanse with support and guidance. Learn the Four “C’S” of Fixing your Food. For 21 days, you’ll eat only “REAL FOOD” and give your system a complete break. Cleansing helps rid your body of toxins and reset your metabolism.
- 90-minute “Re-stock your Pantry” session. We’ll either meet in person, if convenient, or establish a Zoom meeting where we’ll systematically examine each item in your pantry and refrigerator and look at healthier options and swaps to continue your health journey.

- A complimentary fitness evaluation with Certified Personal Trainer and Life/Health Coach Chris Collins, via Zoom. Coach Chris is a charismatic coach in Austin, Texas with a background in fitness, health, and mindset coaching.

Nourishment Immersion!
Full-Day VIP Package:
This program is designed for someone who wants to learn more about healthy eating with an immersion approach. I will personally come to your home, for an entire day and assist you in eliminating unhealthy choices by helping you clean out your fridge and pantry, choose healthy recipes, accompany you to the grocery store to purchase ingredients, and prepare the meal. This package may be purchased alone or in combination with weekly coaching sessions. I also offer a ½ day pantry clean-out.

Celebrating a landmark occasion with a friend or spouse? Wanting to impress your boss or special friend with a home-cooked meal? Needing help with meal planning and stocking your pantry? Or wanting a “go-to” special meal to prepare? I GOT YOU!
I will come to your home for an entire day (7-9 hours) and personally immerse you in 1) finding healthy recipes you want to prepare 2) cleaning out your pantry and refrigerator by eliminating unhealthy choices 3) accompanying you to the grocery store to purchase necessary ingredients for your meal, and 4) assisting you to prepare the health-conscious meal.
What are the benefits of this program?
- Learn which healthy foods belong in your refrigerator/pantry and which foods don’t.
- Find recipes you are interested in preparing but haven’t had the confidence to try.
- Shop for staples with confidence and learn tips and tricks for stocking your home pantry.
- Make a quality meal from scratch, using healthy ingredients to serve to family or friends.
What are the elements of the program?
- Meet for a 30-minute Zoom call, prior to our VIP-day, to choose protein and side dish recipes from any variety of cuisines, and discuss dietary strategies for a complete meal menu.
- Spend the entire day with me, learning about healthy foods and cleaning out your food storage areas, as you allow, for an immersion into healthy living.
- Shop for staples and/or menu ingredients, learning to substitute healthy (or healthier) food items.
- Discuss healthy food substitutions and cooking methods for popular items and simple menu creation.
- Cook a complete meal together and learn ways to prep and serve meals for a delicious celebration of a healthy lifestyle.

1/2 Day VIP Package
Do you want to delve into healthy living “cold turkey?” Are you confused about which foods are truly healthy and which foods are toxic? Do you need clarification on food ingredients and how to read labels on food items? I can help you L-E-A-P into a healthy lifestyle and never look back. For this package, you need to already be motivated to cook and begin your healthy food journey, or pair it with my “Nourish the Healthy You” package.
What are the benefits of this program?
- Learn how to read labels on food, the ingredients to avoid and the science behind the practices.
- Learn healthy ways to plan and prep for healthy recipes and daily menu planning.
- Understand subtle ways food companies insert sugar, gluten and unhealthy fats into foods and how to find these toxic ingredients.
- Learn healthy substitutions and cooking methods for common foods to accelerate your nutrition.
What are the elements of the program?
- Meet, in-person, if convenient, or via Zoom, for 3-4 hours of education regarding specific items and ingredients that are unhealthy.
- Discuss unhealthy toxins on food labels.
- Remove ingredients containing gluten, sugar, rancid oils, processed food and/or dairy from your food storage areas, as you allow.
- Discuss healthy food substitutions and cooking methods for popular and simple menu items to accelerate your nourishment.

Learning to Nourish
This course is for a small group, between 4 and 6 people who are seeking basic nutritional information. It is ideal for employees who are eating out at fast food restaurants on a daily basis, drinking lots of sugary drinks, complaining of low energy and other symptoms. This would benefit both the employee and the employer by increasing productivity and reducing call-outs due to illness.
What are the benefits of this program?
- Learn new ways of thinking about your body, paying attention to what your body is telling you.
- Discover more energy, better overall health and fewer symptoms related to dietary choices.
- Collect ideas, recipes and new information regarding foods you thought were
healthy, and those that really are! - Empowerment to continue to learn and achieve more healthy ways of living.
What are the elements of the program?
- 6 weekly (1 hour) Group Nutrition Coaching sessions, in-person or on Zoom.
- I’ll disclose new information regarding healthy foods and lifestyle choices and you’ll learn how those choices are affecting your present health situation.
- 3 Bi-weekly (20 minute) Private Coaching sessions, in-person or on Zoom, to assist you with specific questions regarding your diet, sleep, anxiety and meal-planning habits. *This will be dependent on the size of the class and may not be available due to time constraints.
- Tools, worksheets and handouts to help you organize and prioritize your
new behaviors regarding food. - Unlimited texting or E-mail support between sessions for any quick questions or problems.
- A binder for organizing your Session Handouts, Food Logs, and lists for shopping or eating out. *The type of binder might vary depending on materials used.
